3) Panel Interviews after months from assessment date.
Interviews were based on situational and behavioural questions. Behavioural questions include your experiences and they ask you more questions related to the examples you give. They go in depth and want you to follow the CAR technique and ask you EXACTLY what action you took. Situational follows the same format where they place you in different situations and ask you what you would do.
