Interview
First, you apply online via their careers page and complete the online assessment test. This online assessment test includes a personality 'success drivers' test, and a logical test where you are shown patterns and shapes.
If you are shortlisted, you will receive an email to go down to the office to take an assesment. This is a one-hour test which tests basic math and logic ability. Also, you are required to submit a 'supplement data sheet' which has 9 behavioural scenarios.
Once again, if shortlisted, you will be scheduled for an interview. I was interviewed by 2 marketing managers in which they asked only behavioural questions.

Primero, recibí un correo con el enlace al assessment en línea, que incluía una evaluación de juicio situacional y comportamiento profesional, seguido por una prueba lógica y numérica cronometrada. La primera parte consistía en responder preguntas tipo test sobre cómo reaccionarías en situaciones laborales, y la segunda era una prueba de razonamiento con límite de tiempo, incluyendo patrones matemáticos y lógica. Todo el proceso fue completamente virtual. Hasta el momento, no he tenido una entrevista personal.

Interview
The interview was very detailed and thorough. It went through all the pillars that P&G values. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of emphasis on your past experiences and thought process through situationals.
