You have to apply through their website which is where you upload your resume. If they like what they see, they ask you to take an assessment test that measures reasoning, and personality. Once you pass that, they schedule an interview with you.

These were relatively straightforward and the resources which P&G provide give adequate context to what they are looking for. Definitely focused less on specific experience but rather how you would fit into company culture.

I had 3 rounds of interviews, each 1hr or longer, following where I was asked questions about their Peak Performance Factors (Lead with Courage, Innovate for Growth, Champion Productivity, Execute with Excellence, and Bring out our Best), and I was recommended to answer using a CAR structure. The interviewers were extremely nice and welcoming, however, the process took months, and I'd often have months in-between 1 interview or another. From applying to final round, the process took 5/6 months.
