Interview
Standard tests (psychometric, maths, reasoning), two 1:1 interview, a 3-day career academy (virtual this year), a presentation to a board of directors, and a final interview with a panel of senior directors.

Question 1
Both behavioural and situational. The material they give you to prepare has all you need in terms of preparation for the behavioural questions.
The situational questions are harder to prepare for, but you should employ the fundamental techniques: Structures answers, use a notepad to jot key point (the questions can be long and complex), summarise at the end.
