I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Dubai) in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied through their website and was invited after half an hour to take their online assessments. I finished the assessments later that day and received an email stating that they will review my results and get back to me within 30 days. After 40 days I got an email stating that my results are positive and I completed the 2nd step of the hiring process. After 20 days I received an email telling me that I got rejected but I might be "moved" to a different role in the future. Still can't understand how or why this happened! please enlighten me

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Geneva)
Interview
1st assessment
2nd interviews (3 in total)
In my case, I had to reach out to the recruiter to request some feedback cause a month after the last interview I didn't have any news.
The process is very standard, you can easily find a lot of information online that will help you prepare for the interviews.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a better idea than your manager, what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jan 2024
Interview
The online assessment consisted of multiple choice questions and three cognitive questions that you can practice online.
Then 3 interviews, one with the head, and two with managers/seniors. They only asked questions that are on the standard question sheet for P&G, nothing else. They don't really care about fit, only how you answer the questions and if it fits to what they want to hear.
