I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapore) in Dec 2009
Interview
Interview process was really long and protracted.
I applied in September and only got a response in mid-late November when most other firms were already finalizing their hires.
First round, September 2009 - online screening, you've got to take a couple of online personality/ iq tests by a certain deadline. I usually enjoy taking the iq/logical thinking type of tests but found this quite hard, definitely one of the hardest I've taken, although I suspect they pull it from a database of questions they have and what you get depends mostly on lunch.
Second round test, Mid November 2009 - had to go down to the P&G site to take the usual numerical/verbal/iq type questions. Very easy. Had serious doubts about the quality of the HR personnel in P&G because they emailed me in the late afternoon informing me of the test the following morning at 10am, and did not even bother giving me a call! Nonetheless, they were rather efficient in processing the results from this stage, and I was informed of my results from this round a few hours later.
Third round screening, Mid November 2009 - Had to fill up a supplemental data sheet of questions about situations where you showcased certain skills. The give us an example of a time when.. .describe a situation when... type questions.
First round interview, early December 2009 - One on one interview with one of the line managers
Really friendly interview lasting about 30mins tops. Questions were mainly similar to those in the supplemental data sheet, answer in the STAR format on the P&G website and you'll be fine.
This interview was about 2+ weeks I went down to P&G for the tests (second round test).
Result:
I got through to the second round interview that was to take place only two months after the first round interview in end Jan 2010. The HR told me that there are a total of 4 interview rounds, with the final round consisting of an interview panel. HR couldn't tell me how long the whole process was expected to take, I concluded by extrapolation that the whole interview process would end at best, in March 2010. I decided to forgo this opportunity with P&G and take up an existing job offer that I was also keen on.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Paris) in Feb 2026
Interview
P&G est très organisé et structuré dans son processus. Sur trois interviews, il y en a un toutes les semaines, donc le processus se déroule sur un peu moins d'un mois.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Parlez moi d'un moment où vous avez du gérer un projet de A à Z.
The first interview was with HR and was more focused on my leadership, problem solving and communication skills. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable. She asked me follow up questions on the experiences I shared and gave clear instructions on the way I should have structured my answers
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Toulouse) in Feb 2025
Interview
P&G is a 3 interview process. The first and second interviews are 50% personal experiences, 50% situation questions. I believe the third interview is the same. You will be interviewing not with HR, but rather people in top positions in the department you are entering.
