      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Warsaw, Masovia) in Sept 2014

      Interview

After I submitted my CV I was forwarded to a 30 minute survey to test whether my values and personality match those of the company. Within 2 days I was invited to write the Reasoning Test (can be written in any language / the applicant's native language, whatever it may be) at the office which was composed of fairly straight-forward high school-level reading comprehension and math questions, but I heard some people saying that they couldn't finish the test in time. Following a positive test result, I was invited to a 30-minute interview with an HR person on the same day, where I was asked to discuss different times in my life where: something significant was accomplished that I made happen; I solved a problem in an unusual way; I took a risk and what was the result, etc. 3 days after this interview I was invited back for the final interview with 2 managers. This interview essentially took the same form, except that it lasted for 1 hour, and I was asked many of the same questions. The key to succeeding in these interviews is to be prepared to give specific stories from your life that demonstrate your abilities to lead, analyse and take initiative, and to present them in STAR form (Situation, Task, Action, Result). 3 days after my final interview I received a call with the job offer. Although there were many applicants (around 25 people were taking the Reasoning Test on same day as me, and I understand there are 2 test days offered every week), the entire staff was very friendly and open and the interviews were pleasant experiences. The office is very international, and you constantly hear different European and non-European languages being spoken.

      Question 1

All questions were fairly similar, none specifically more difficult than the others - it just depends how well you prepare your answers to personality-based interview questions and how well you can sell yourself
