Prepare yourself. Technically you have to research everything but at the same time, give answers not from a YouTube video. They have to be original. Try to get the main idea and put something according to the area you are applying

Very unorganised and was walking them through my CV, was picked apart and asked questions which was fine - but implied as I didn't do economics/maths I wouldn't get the job. I was curious why the interviewed me if they weren't going to hire me.

You have to answer as an extrovert on the personality assessment or else they'll throw your app out. You also have to do well on a faux-iq test or else they'll also immediately throw out your app
