I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Belleville, ON) in May 2022
Interview
2 rounds of virtual interviews, each lasting about 1 hour. The 1st round was with 2 HR personnel, while the 2nd round was with an Engineer and a Manager.
Both interviews mainly consisted of 2 situational questions and about 6 behavioral ones. No technical questions.
The 2nd interview was more rigorous due to follow-up questions asking for more details and specific examples. During each interview, 1 interviewer asked all the questions while the other focused on taking very detailed notes. Both sets of interviewers advised me to answer the behavioral questions using the context-action-result (CAR) format.
