Online asessment, there are four part of the asessment. It was all basic question about you. It was multiple choices, and there were not right or wrong answers, it was all about you and how you handled the situation that given in the questions. You have to follow and answer more than sixty four questions.
First there is a game based assessment, then there is the interview which is based in behavioural questions in a panel interview (4-5 people) and you must answer questions with STAR

Template question, you can easily find it on google/youtube. You need to be fluent in english because this is the multinational company. The question commonly related with P&G value including leadership, inovation, courage, etc Tips : Be confident, tell the interviewer as honest as you can
