      Marketing Internship Interview

      31 Jan 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jan 2023

      Interview

I applied online. I then received an email for an online leadership/personality assessment followed by a logical reasoning online assessment. Several days later, I was contacted by one individual to schedule an interview, and then had a panel interview with three other individuals. The initial process was fine, but the panel interview was odd. You could tell this team didn't work together much. Also, the men on the call kept speaking over the one woman – a bad sign for culture. Overall, the questions were behavioral and straightforward, but not very conversational or interesting. You could tell they utilized the same handful of questions for every interview at this level. I received an email within 48 hours that let me know I would not be moving forward. Oddly enough, the email referenced my online assessment results as a reason for not proceeding – why bother with an interview, then? Seems like a waste of time for all parties.
