First there is a CV screening, 2 rounds of online interviews with different people, but similar questions. Mostly about experience, none of them were strictly technical. Later on there may be technical interviews.

Submitted my resume had an interview for about an hour. It started off with some basic questions but then quickly the interviewer and I had a lot in common so it turned into two people building a friendship and the interviewer listening intently to my achievements and solutions to problems.
