I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProcureAbility
Interview
First is a phone screening, they ask regular questions involved in Procurement and explain the structure of the company, then an excel test with a one slide PPP. After, is an interview with a colleague to ask behavioral questions followed by an interview with a manager to test technical skills.
HR is either tremendously busy or just doesn’t care about replying to a simple email about weather they decided to continue or to not continue with your candidacy.
They pretty much leave you in the dark wondering if you are still being considered or not.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProcureAbility in Jun 2020
Interview
Initial phone screen then a 2 hour excel test followed by a peer interview then interview with senior management. After excel test you are asked to create a slide based on the excel data and they ask you to present it in your next round of interviews. Typical consulting company who feels that you need to sell yourself to them without any of them trying to sell to you. They are very serious not too big on a light-hearted conversation very into getting down to business and that’s it. The process is long.
I applied online. I interviewed at ProcureAbility (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Screen interview with HR Manager, at first very pleasant, they describe the company, screen you if you are a potential fit, etc. then a case study in excel for 2 hours, average test asks you to use date formulas, Vlookup, index match on a financial report where you need to match invoices meeting certain criteria (using date and index/match), and create a 1 slide PP Presentation. It seems their grading is very subjective, you can get all the answers right and say you didn't pass. Also, they also do a ghosting approach, they don't let candidates know feedback if they didn't pass. They let candidates wait weeks for feedback, they just leave you hanging and have no respect of your time and simply ignore your e-mails.
