Prodea Systems interview questions

Very disorganized interview process. No one in the company including the HR has a clue on what the process should look like. The teams hate each other and have no qualms in showing the hatred. Each person I interviewed with had a very different vision of the company. I interviewed for more than 9 hours in person and went through a phone screen. Out of these 9 hours less than 2 hours was technical interviews. Everything seemed to go well and they never got back. A giant waste of time.
