Went through a phone screening Interview and a codility test. The phone screening felt like she was just going through a script. It wasn't an organic conversation and I didn't feel like I was sold at all about joining the company. At the end of it I wasn't clear on what they are really looking for in a candidate. I went through the codility test and was told a few days that they have decided I wasn't the right experience level for this position. When I asked for feedback on my test went and what I could do to improve, I was told that there wasn't really any feedback she could give me. They were just looking for someone more senior.
