Fue una buena entrevista, bien completa. Estuvo compuesta de 3 fases, la primera con recursos humanos, la segunda con el que seria mi manager y la tercera con una personas cercana con la que trabajaría.
The process begins with a phone or virtual screening call with a recruiter or HR representative.
Experience: The recruiter asks basic questions about your background, interest in the role, and availability.
Atmosphere: Friendly but procedural, with no major surprises.
Outcome: You answer confidently, but the interaction feels slightly rushed or impersonal.
