Productive Programming interview questions

1. Phone screen. 2. 1 on 1 interview with team lead. 3. Technical interview with panel. SQL focused. Beginner to intermediate level. I didn't get an offer and that's fine, however, my issue with them is that their communication was completely awful. Had to reach out multiple times to the third party hiring company because the hiring manager pretty much ghosted me after the third interview when I asked for an update. Then they asked me if I wanted to be considered for a different role and i said sure. No update for 2 weeks. Reached out to third party HR AGAIN for an update only to be told it was filled by an internal candidate.
