I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Productive Programming in Mar 2025
Interview
1. Phone screen.
2. 1 on 1 interview with team lead.
3. Technical interview with panel. SQL focused. Beginner to intermediate level. I didn't get an offer and that's fine, however, my issue with them is that their communication was completely awful. Had to reach out multiple times to the third party hiring company because the hiring manager pretty much ghosted me after the third interview when I asked for an update. Then they asked me if I wanted to be considered for a different role and i said sure. No update for 2 weeks. Reached out to third party HR AGAIN for an update only to be told it was filled by an internal candidate.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Productive Programming (Madison, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Not much of an introduction to the role or company at the on-site interview. Among the panel, no one mentioned their roles and how they fit into the department. The panel went straight to asking the candidate. Not really a bad thing, in helping identify whether the candidate is a good fit for the culture, but I usually start out softer to relax the candidate a bit.
