The manager met me in a common meeting area because the office was not completed. He was opening a franchise with plans to open other locations. He was friendly and the interview was straight-forward. The office closed due to COVID-19.

Could have started with describing the job first versus asking me if I had questions first. I had to tell them I would like to hold my questions for the end. Didn’t make much sense. I just went to the interview out of curiosity. They reached out to me, I didn’t even apply.

It was a "tell me a time when you..." Interview. Afterwards they allow you to shadow a coaching appointment so you can see what the job will be like and how they do things.
