I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
Referred by a Progressive employee. Took an online test and passed. I then was scheduled for a phone interview, the recuiter called off sick. Phone interview 1 week later. I received an email that I did not make it for a 1 on 1 interview. I prepared over several days for the STAR format questions, the recruiter was not engaged in the conversation, and was the worst interview I've ever experienced.

Question 1
STAR format, however don't waste a lot of time researching questions they ask. Out of the 25 questions I found online the recuiter only asked 1 of them.
I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Malvern, PA)
Interview
I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
