4/2- assessment/ passed 4/4
4/6- phone interview
4/14 - interview face to face.
4/17- background check cleared
I'm still waiting to hear back (4/24). I was told I will hear by this Friday. I have a lot of insurance experience in another area but not in this arena. I hope to hear back soon either way. If anybody has feedback please let me know.
I'm not comfortable with the length of time. I've been in financial services in the past but I felt this company asked for much more with the background check than with those folks who work with banks or mutual funds. I'm not sure if that is totally necessary for this type of position. I am left feeling anxious as I have never been through an interview process like this.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
