Received Two Different Accessment To Complete
Couple Of Days Later Received An Email Saying that I Have Favorable Results
Then was emailed from recruiting to setup an interview with a Recruiter.
Completed Interview The Next Day (Star Format)
Had favorable results was offered to be moved into the next round of interviews, with the Hiring Manager for my region.
Because he didn't live where I was, my interview was via WebEx (FaceTime Interview).
Along with completed my background completion via HIREVUE
Star format was used, and the interview was very through. After the interview I email him thank you, and he advised me that I would have results be next week.
The exact same date of my final interview I received a call from recruiting and received my offer letter.
I am so happy to be apart of this company I will be headed to training in Phoenix soon.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

The video interview you answer I believe 6 questions and you have 2 attempts to complete the questions. The video had me kind of stressed

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.
