A week after that I received another email to set up a time for a phone interview which lasted about an hour. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel at ease through the whole process. A week later I was asked to set up a time for an in-person interview which was with the claims supervisor and the regional manager. The best day my recruiter called me with an offer of employment.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received.
