STAR process. All done by video. You wait for a recruiter after you submit it online. When the recruiter calls it’s super simple questions. Then wait to see what they offer you.

It was an Extensive 2 month process with online assessments, phone interviews and in- person interview. 3 months training on homeowners and auto policies for personal lines. Then 3 months phone shadowing with great team support from leads.
