Passed assessment tests...Successfully completed phone interview...Have not heard anything as of yet...Everyone has been very polite throughout the entire process but just have not had success in getting a response with anything definitive...Interview is behavior based and specific examples must be given about your previous experiences...

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
