"STAR" technique to a fault. All from a script. At one point the interviewer said, "OK what question do I want to ask nex" while scanning a monitor.
Online tests, took them. Aced them. Two one hour interviews. Got to the third, scheduled a month away.... interviewer was less than engaged and was wrapping it up within 20 minutes of our scheduled 60 minute slot. Very dejecting and I'm quite confident the position was filled as thus interview was a full month later.
I don't like have my time wasted. They could've simply told me it was filled.
15 minutes after my (shortened) interview I got a form letter "Thanks for your interest, however we are going with a different candidate...."

Every single question is "Tell me about a time...." 100% scripted questions that could've been asked for any career field of nearly any position.
If you Google or YouTube "STAR interview questions" you'll be more than prepared...provided they haven't already hired someone and simply going through the motions.
Passed initial screening process, then sent link for assessment. I completed the assessment within 24 hours of receiving and then never heard anything or received any communication, not even the traditional thanks, but no thanks email. Had to search the listing and profile to see that I was not selected.
