Interview
The interview process was informative and set the right expectations about what to expect with the position. Got to understand the company and culture well. I felt I was treated very fairly by the company when it came time to discuss compensation.

A lot of the questions centered around my experience and how I would handle real-world situations that come up in the position. Progressive does a great job setting expectations of how the position will be, which you need with any job when you enter into it.
