Hiring takes place through a test-300 words essay and after that 5 test articles (1000 words) which are unpaid. They select you and you can join. Not that many rounds
A case study as a first round followed by an article writing of 1000 words. All the questions are to test your subject knowledge and command on English. The process will take few days.

No Interview except for an online Essay test. Essay on the firm website and wait until they call you for the further process. All you need is enter an online form and follow the directions and then give an online test of one hr. with a countdown clock and essay from the choice of your subject.
