Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. She was great but didn’t actually work for PMI. Then I had an interview scheduled with someone from the team, and another team member joined unannounced which caught me by surprise. They didn’t ask questions, just asked me what questions I had. The weirdest interview experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Project Management Institute (Rio de Janeiro)

Interessante... fiz uma entrevista com gestores de outras áreas e depois com o gestor direto. foi mais um bate papo para conhecer ambos os lados. Como fui indicada acho que fluiu com mais tranquilidade.
