Two weeks later, I noticed the job posting had been removed from your site. When I contacted the recruiter to inquire about the status, I was informed that the position had been filled. While I appreciate being notified after my follow-up, there was no communication between my initial scheduling attempts and the role being filled. I would have appreciated more transparent communication throughout the process.
