It wasn't as I expected. I was asked more STAR questions than discussing what my actual talent, skill and knowledge. No testing or assessment given to determine my qualifications and pay scale

Phone interview with the manager for screening purposes then in person with manager, Human Resources and senior director or supply chain. Follow up call shortly after the in person interview

It was easy and quick. The interviewers were prepared with good questions. Also answered my questions. They made me feel at ease during the complete process. Complete process took roughly 1 hour.
