Assessments centre, this involves questions on GMP, Fsms, fscc, 5s,safety and leadership. Answers provided in power point, later presented. Followed by interview and case study questions. Problem solving skills. Material balance and reconciliation. Simple definitions of CCP, oprp, capa, Validation, monitoring and evaluation

It was an interesting process. The panel of interviewers were friendly and made the atmosphere quite relaxing. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The interview started off with a Power point presentation where you are given some Questions and asked to answer and prepare PowerPoint slides on it. Afterwards, you are a to give a presentation to the panel on your answers.
