The interview was easy going. I was asked about my background experience. I was told about the job specific tasks I would which involved a lot of cold calling. Questions seemed to be focused around making sure the candidate was suitable for that kind of task.

The gentleman I spoke with was super upbeat & friendly. I didn’t feel like I was on the interview at any point of talking to him. It was a very easy going interview & I felt like I could be myself.

Incredibly simple. Was reached out to by a recruiter, then a phone screen, finally, an in-person conversational interview which was really easy going. Then received an offer. Weren't open to negotiating much.

Interview
The interview with Prometheus Group was a very vague process. It seemed as though they relied heavily on having me ask them questions, rather than them learning more about me. While that is part of a normal interview, it gave off the impression that they already knew everything about me that they needed to know and the interview seemed a bit pointless.
