First, they do a phone interview with the basic questions, then I had an in-person interview at their offices with multiple people
Very easy process
Very standard questions
Be prepared to stay a while whenever you have the in-person interview

Great new talent acquisition manager who was engaging, thorough and professional in her manner. Sent in email with cv credentials and a brief blurb for my consideration for the particular role. I followed up and she replied with next steps for screening
Stressfull, but overall fair. I did not like the panel of many interviewers vs me just one person. But the questions were driven to finding out about the qualifications / skills.

Interview
The recruiter who conducted the interview was very professional, polite, and honest. She let me know right away that this company is not letting any employees work from home for any reason (in spite of the pandemic.) Something about their CEO being gung-ho about bodies being in the office. I don't want to work for someone with such outdated/irrelevant ideas about the modern day workforce, so I declined to continue with the interview.
