Prometheus Group Web Developer interview questions

Got an email from the internal recruiter 2 months after I applied through LinkedIn, Setup a call and talked to him, it was a very strange call. He insisted I revamp my entire resume to better fit the role and look better on paper so he could present to hiring manager. Asked some strange questions which later made sense after I did more research and saw the terrible reviews on Glassdoor. He mentioned being proud of good communication and trust etc and that he required the same of his candidates. That was a load of BS because he ghosted and never responded to the email I sent containing a new resume etc. Clearly this company is struggling to attract and retain anyone because of their terrible toxic environment. Dodged a bullet, I would rather work at Home Depot for 18 an hour than to work at a crappy toxic company for not much more.

I was contacted on LinkedIn about a potential job opportunity. After a quick phone interview, I was set up for an in-person meeting with some developers managing the team. From there we discussed my resume and qualifications and did some technical white board problems. Overall, the process was very smooth and low stress over the whole time.
