Interview
Very strange. The room was dark and I was interviewed by 3 people at once including CEO (who was about 15 minutes late and never made eye contact with me once didn't even shake my hand). All in all it was unprofessional and awkward.
Very easy, ask about job experience and if you know who the company is. They break down what you will be doing. Provide details on benefits and all the fun activities they have at the office. You get a walk through of the building

Interview
Just went in for an interview, it was all under a really relaxed environment but the manager didn't seem to know what they were looking for.
I gathered from the position description that it would be a lot of multitasking and long hours, and the pay was not good.
