Interview was done at the office location for the manager position. Office was at a former Jiffy Lube type building. Office was run down, dirty, and there were no employees. The only person in the office was the district manager who did the interview. I was there 1 1/2 hours and no other employees were ever there, they also did not have any walk in customers during the time I was there. So I don’t know how they make sales. Overall the questions they ask are not difficult. They do ask the generic and outdated sell me this pen question which I thought was coming based on what I had seen so far but once they asked that I didn’t think I wanted to work there anyway. They also ask you about how you’d generate sales and increase performance but since they didn’t even have 1 single walk in customer in the afternoon I don’t know how you perform at this location/position. They did allow me to ask some questions but she didn’t know anything about benefits, exempt/non-exempt position, etc. Since the interview I never heard about my application or what happened with the interview no follow up and I’ve realized I don’t want to work there so I never followed up either.
