I thought the interview was fairly transparent. The second interview was held on-site of an "event" so you can see exactly what you'll be doing. There were 3 rounds, 1st is 20 minutes, second is an hour on-site, 3rd is 20 minutes. You should definitely take notes at the second interview, they have you answer some questions on paper of what you observed during the 2nd interview
