Propalms Network interview questions

No process, one random man took my interview and he kept me waited for 2 hours and then he took my interview. and then he said he will talk with the directors director took my interview was impressed but never gave what he promised. there is no HR , only one guy who looks for finance and hr and some times to change the stickers of their hardware. they copy stuff from some website and say they have developed . In interview they say they have office in us,japan, sri lanka etc.. but in real only one office in pune.
