A quick followup to the application followed by a 15-min screen. Asked to complete a “culture fit” assessment that should have been a red flag, and it’s not even legal in certain states. I guess I’ve failed to match the culture profile (so much for a company that prides in diversity) as the interviewer was completely disinterested in me from the beginning. Do not recommend.
