Interview
Did a phone interview with going over my experience. The lady on the phone said I may be a good fit and scheduled me for an in person interview with the VP of Marketing. I drove all the to the in person interview, I meet with a lady that barely spoke English, she looked at my resume, obviously for the first time, and said she doesn't know why i'm there interviewing since I don't have the right experience. Either they are very very disorganized or they are just a weird group of people. Beware!

Interview
My interview process was relatively standard. I submitted an email with my resume. Then received a call that they were interested in setting up an interview. I met with one of the company VPs. We talked for about 115 - 20 mins about my experience.
