I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Property Matrix (Culver City, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
It starts with a simple online assessment, a bunch of timed logic-based questions. Pretty standard. Afterward they invited me to a first round interview. It was ten minutes long and very disorganized. One of the two people interviewing me seemed bored, and the other clearly had no interest in what was going on. They made it clear that afterward I would be asked to do an on-site interview, which they described as intensive. Nothing was mentioned in terms of reimbursement for the cost of travel. All of this, combined with the incredibly low salary for the area, seemed like nothing but red flags. Even in a bad job market, I would avoid this place like the plague.
