The organization, Property Solutions & Services, LCC , is a great organization, with a much needed mission of assisting those companies who are in financial trouble regain their footing. That being said< I was very disappointed with their overall job search process. First, the job description that was posted online was misleading. It mentioned marketing and interactions with customers, but once I came in for an interview I discovered it related much more to financial record keeping. Second, they were unclear about what the interview would entail. They asked all applicants to take a problem solving and math test once they came to the interview, without mentioning this requirement beforehand. I also had to pay for street parking, which was disappointing, as I kept having to run out and plug the meter since I had to take the test and wasn't sure how long it would take.
That being said, the woman who interviewed me was extremely nice, and made me feel very comfortable. I think it's a great company, but they could maybe use some help attracting the type of employees they want by tailoring their job descriptions better and by being more upfront about what the interview would entail.
