Phone screening followed by multiple rounds of interview. First interview was senior members of data science team, they asked questions related to my past work/experience and technical question mainly on GLM models. The next round was an hour interview with Head/VP of Data Science, he seems to be a very nice person with in depth knowledge and vast experience. Initially I was nervous, but he made me comfortable by asking me questions about my experience, projects I did, asked my strength and framed questions accordingly. His questions were mainly focused on strong core statistical/data science fundamentals which data scientist aspirant in my opinion should have clear understanding on. He asked some questions on AI/NLP related algorithms and process, overall it was great interacting with an established Data Science leader. The next round was a short interview with management executive leader followed by lunch with peers, overall it was a great experience interview experience.
