Group discussion with brainstorming session. Centered around my expertise in the marketplace and what products were needed. This was preceded by an introduction of myself an overview or the company and their product line.

Interview
Interview was organized via phone and email communication. It consisted of multiple 1:1 interviews with various people as well as a tour of the facility. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to what you had to say. The interview process ended with a short technical explanation of the basic scientific concepts the company had been based upon.
