I applied online on their website. They asked a few questions through text messages. Then emailed an interview schedule link for a virtual interview. I scheduled an interview with them.

How would I handle disagreeing with a co worker or doctor
Know the company message and prepare being able to answer scenario questions.
Also have a resume that is easy to keep a conversation going from. They want to see knowledge and clinic experience if you have any.

How would you handle a situation where you didn’t like your coworkers tone with you?
Casual conversation, very friendly and trying to get to know me. Felt very genuine and not pressured. It was more of a conversation / meet and greet than an interview
