Inexperienced group of staff and management all huddled in a very small cramped office , asking superficial questions and actually expecting insincere answers. My questions either were not answered well due to their level of skill or not to my satisfaction. It was a joke of an interview, but I needed a job and I was desperate, so I overlooked all this.

Interview
Got called the next day, interview was easily setup. The interviewers were very nice and made you feel at ease. The interview was via zoom which was nice. The whole process took nearly a month though.
I had a couple text interviews and then was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. I dialed in at the interview time and waited 20 minutes and they never showed up. The only contact info I had was for the recruiter who finally got back to me a week after the scheduled interview and said that the hiring manager was cancelling the interview and would get back to me if they resumed interviews.

Applied online. Then submitted videos for online interview. Afterward I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Then did 2 in person interviews. One with the Clinic Supervisor and second with a Panel.
