I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Renton, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
The first interview was an online recorded video interview. Your prompts were written and you had about a minute to think of your answer before the system began to record you and your answer. Some questions wanted a written out response. The second interview was onsite with the National Communications team. We met in a small room for less than an hour.

Interview
Two interviews total and a writing exercise. The first was an interview over Microsoft teams with one person, and the second was with a panel of people. In addition, they also gave me a writing exercise to complete between the two interviews. Everyone was really nice and responsive to my emails during the interview process, however, they took a really long time ti get back regarding final decisions. In addition, once I was declined,I sent a prompt email back asking for feedback on my interviews and was met with radio silence, even after followup. Other than that, though, it was a good experience.
