Interview
Most of their interviews are first done as and on demand in a recorded video form. They ask questions and you record yourself answering them. They sometimes will follow up with a phone interview or only offer a phone interview for some clinics/positions

Question 1
Give a time you when above and beyond for a customer or co worker
Interview was with three leads. Nothing too difficult, fairly relaxed meeting and nothing that was too uptight. Easy to answer questions, they all were your typical interview questions. The onboarding does take quite a while. Expect at the least a month before you will start your job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Providence (Missoula, MT) in Aug 2020
Interview
Quick and easy with no hassle and quick response times. Everything moved fluidly and worked well. Probably one of the easiest flowing interviews I have ever had. Multiple team leads involved in the process so expect that heading into it.

Question 1
Explain a time that you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you handled the situation.
Quicker and easier than expected. Applied online and had an interview set up within a few hours. The online application was fairly easy and pulled most of my information for me from my resume.
