After filling out application I received email to answer a couple of general questions as to how I work with others and how I would handle certain situations. then I got message to set up virtual interview. Due to the pandemic I did a virtual interview with 2 managers. It was easy going and they did not make me feel nervous.

How would you handle a patient if they were to come in upset.
Start with introduce yourself, your MA background, working experience and talk about the reason why you want to join with Providence. Sometimes they ask you to describe how you would handle with difficult patients

Awesome job fair to attend. Consoling did a good job interviewing the offers were on the spot and it was a very easy process. Love the idea of knowing the job expectations
