Providence has clearly outsourced their recruitment and talent acquisition, which has made the interview process comically terrible. I've applied to a couple of different positions at the organization and have been selected for the initial screening interview multiple times. They are easy and friendly interviewers and each hiring manager has been cordial and seems to love working at Providence. However, each time, the hiring manager states that candidates will hear back within a specified time frame (usually within a few weeks). Without fail, after the initial interview, communications cease. Don't expect to hear back from the hiring manager or even get an automated response.
